Cissie’s Hufsies is an old Shetland Fruit loaf recipe that is made different all over Shetland. Each place has a different way of making it. My recipe is from my Nanny Sandsounds recipe book and it is named after the old wife that used to make the Hufsies’s ‘Cissie’
This cake is a rich soft fruit cake that you will never forget as it is so full of flavour.
